SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders with products totaling over $100. For orders with products totaling less than $100, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.
PRICE MATCH POLICY on DIAMONDS
Centurion Jewelers will match or beat prices on GIA certified diamonds as long as it's not below our replacement cost. Pricing promotion does not include estate or second hand diamonds. To be eligible you have to be comparing apples to apples when it comes to diamond quality! This includes, but is not limited to type of certificate, quality of diamond cut, relief of inclusions, flourescence and anything under the comment section on the certificate.
RETURN POLICY
Centurion Jewelers makes buying online risk-free with the guaranteed assurance of our 30-day return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Some limits apply on Special Order items, please contact us for details.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a Centurion Jewelers product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Centurion Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or description. Centurion Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed by reciept and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Centurion Jewelers shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
